About Me

I have over nine years experience working in the fitness industry and am a full member of The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) - the governing body that oversees the qualification of fitness professionals and imposes a strict code of ethical practice.

Membership of REPs is maintained by Continual Professional Development, so you can be sure my knowledge is current and relevant, and that I have the competence and skills to do my job.

I have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance, as well as insurance for damage to leased and rented premises, indemnity to principals and liability arising out of goods sold or supplied.

I was prompted to set up my business as a personal fitness trainer when I realised that I could better improve people's lives by bringing fitness to them.

Before setting up my business as a personal trainer I worked as a fitness instructor at the Rivermead Leisure Complex. As well as providing inductions and writing programmes for members of the public wishing to improve their fitness, I also had responsibility for the fitness programmes for people with medical conditions who had been referred by their GP, and also those referred by hospital physiotherapists requiring further rehabilitation after injury or operations.
