Personal Training Services

As a Personal Trainer I can help you achieve your goals faster than you thought possible. Whether you are looking to lose weight, get fitter, get back into shape after pregnancy, recover from injury or improve performance in your chosen sport, I tailor sessions and programmes to meet your needs and your lifestyle so that you achieve the results you want.

And, of course, I want you to feel happy with your training plan, so whether you prefer one-to-one sessions, or want to work out with a friend or partner, your programme will be designed accordingly.

The services I provide are:

Individual Health Checks

I will check your blood pressure, lung function, weight, BMI (weight related to your height) and body fat and provide advice is provided based on the results.

Weight Loss

A personalised exercise programme designed for you to work to alongside nutritional advice, to help you achieve your weight loss in a safe and progressive way so that you keep it off.

Back Care Course

A seven week highly effective course which is a combination of improving flexibility, posture and core strength in a progressive way with "homework" to do between sessions.

Circuit Training

A very effective way to increase fitness and lose weight, specifically designed to target all muscle groups as well as the heart and lungs.

Running Coaching and Programmes

Designed to improve your endurance or speed, or both, depending on your objectives.

Injury Rehabilitation

Programmes designed to get you back to full fitness/strength in a safe and progressive way, working in conjunction with (and after being discharged by) your physiotherapist, osteopath or chiropractor.

Gym/Home Based Training Programmes

I can design effective and innovative programmes that are tailored around your goals and abilities whether that is for use within a gym environment or at home.

Sports Conditioning

Get fit for your sport! Whether you participate in an individual or team sport, I can design a programme tailored specifically to your requirements.

Boot Camps
